Around these three core objectives a curriculum has been developed for 15-18 years old students following the Pre-Work path. CFER program is based on the values of rigor, respect, involvement, effort and autonomy.
The program is recognized by Quebec’s Ministry of Education and students who successfully complete the three-year training will earn a Certificate de Formation en Entreprise et Récupération (Business and Resource Recovery Training Certificate).
“The VISION we project through CFER is the belief that a happy life and acceptable standard of living is easily within reach for autonomous individuals, engaged citizens and productive workers, regardless of their educational qualifications.”
